1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of a personalized email address (the "Service") provided by weiser.net ("Company," "we," or "us"). The technical infrastructure such as the email servers and webmail service are handled by our hosting provider Hostinger Inc. ("Hosting" or "hosting provider). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and also agree with the Terms of our Hosting provider found here https://www.hostinger.com/universal-terms-of-service-agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service grants the rights to use a personalized email addresses in a YourFirstName@weiser.net format, which are hosted by our third-party Hosting provider. Rights to use these email addresses can be purchased in the form of several pricing plans, which offer differing features as described on our Pricing page weiser.net/pricing. Please note that your use of the Service is also subject to our Hosting providers terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change Hosting providers which may result in changes to the features available and/or the pricing plans.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you will be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Service as described on our website or in other materials provided to you. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms or the Terms of our Hosting provider https://www.hostinger.com/universal-terms-of-service-agreement
